We believe in empowering the next generation of scientists, engineers, and innovators. That’s why we are proud to support Semillas de Triunfo (Seeds of Success), a program by Ciencia Puerto Rico that has been transforming the lives of young girls in Puerto Rico for the past 10 years.
A Decade of Impact
Since 2015, Semillas de Triunfo has:
🌱 Inspired over 650 girls across Puerto Rico through mentorship by Puerto Rican women in STEM.
🌱 Reached more than 90,000 people through community initiatives led by participants.
🌱 Visited 154 schools, equipping educators with STEM resources to inspire future generations.

Women in STEM still face systemic barriers that limit their growth and leadership opportunities. This program doesn’t just introduce young girls to science—it gives them the tools, confidence, and support to succeed in a field where they are still underrepresented.
